Start internship tomorrow

I will start my internship tomorrow.

I'm nervous and I can't sleep

So my internship in LA fell through. I can't go anymore.

I was really mad at God and my professor. I screamed and yelled. I was abusive and angry.

Today I got a phone call from my professor who screwed it up, she said she found me a new internship which is 5 miles away from home, and she asked me if I wanna take it.

I instantly said yes.

Thank you God for helping me with everything. Thank you God for choosing what's best for me.

I'm sorry I got mad at you before.

I'm grateful that i always have different choices to choose from.

I hope I'm not choosing any wrong choices

the milestone of life

so 17 ppl i know are either getting married this year or next year.

8 ppl i know are already a mom or a dad.

given all these ppl around me are similar age to me.

have i stayed in a stage and refuse to move on?

it's kinda scary to see what other ppl my age are up to in their life and compare that with my life.

I haven't even established anything in life, no career, I don't even own a house / condo...I still haven't own a dog...

my biological probably starts ticking now, after 35 y.o is considered too old to get pregnant right?

I just can't imagine myself having kids and married...it's just too much commitment...and I kinda feel that that kind of tie down is gonna suffocate me

the art of listening to a live recording

so if i'm going to miss a class, i always leave my recorder in the classroom and listen to the lecture later.

the art of listening to a recording is that...i can pause anytime i want and i can fast forward the stuff i don't wanna listen.

in a real conversation, u can't ask the other person to shut the hell up or u can't fast forward wat you don't wanna hear

St louis I'm coming (erh...not quite yet)

so I was informed today that I'll be doing my internship in st. louis next year jan.

lol, i didn't even pick st.louis as one of my choices.

oh well...i'm happy with wat i got.

lol. should be fun. big city.
