Working hard at work feels like a good work out

Had salted caramel n white choc chips ice cream after work

Presentations done,

Had bloody orange ice cream

Tasted very different n exotic

Got lots of compliment at work dat Im a hard worker

Im happy n dat makes me want to work even harder

Then bf drove me to get late night snacks

N waited for me cuz it took 15 mins to cook

I feel content n loved

Even though im tired, but it doesnt matter anymore

I thank God for being with me and gave me wisdom on Fri during my home visit to help this lovely elderly couple

There's an ice cream shop close to work, they hve really good ice cream, everyday afterwork i go there n get a single cone, they hve about 20 different flavors, im trying a different flavour each day, dats probably one of da niceist moment of my day

I wonder y i spent 7 years in college, studied in 3 different countries, but im still so crap in my clinical knowledge

Im upset, so fucking upset, i feel defected, i feel like i will never measure up, i dont understand why am i so stupid, i dont understand y i tried so hard but im still in da bottom, n so incompetent
