Russian Ice Bar 十兄弟

I went to a Russian Ice Bar on Sat.

It was the first time I went to a Russian Ice Bar.

It was fun :-)

I had 2 shots of Vodka: a cherry vodka and a lime vodka.

After that, we went to a few bars and night clubs, I danced my feet off. We hung out till 4 am in the morning.

The next day, my feet, my thigh, and my hip joint were sore. Hehe......is that normal?

I was wearing a brown tank top. My hair is naturally curly, but I always use the hot *thingy"to make it straight.

I wasn't very happy with my hair that night cuz it was humid and my hair turned out to be very unmanageable and frizzy.

We went to an open area Thai restaurant for dinner and here it comes my bitchy and insignificant stories:

I went with a group of 5 friends, I ordered a pomelo salad, everyone said "ok, papaya salad sounds good"

I said " No, pomelo salad"

and everyone said "Ok, got you, papaya salad"

I said "No, a pomelo salad" and everyone started talking and nobody cares anyone

I talked to the waitress directly and I said "a pomelo salad"

she said " ok, 1 papaya salad"

I said "No, a pomelo salad"

She doesn't acknowledge me anymore.

I said "572 pomelo salad"

She didn't care.

And they brought a papaya salad and my friends put it in front of me.

I said "This is not what I ordered"

And then everyone started "really listening" to what I said, and later, the waitress brought me the damn pomelo salad.

I know what I just mentioned are really wordy and boring. But I got really annoyed cuz every time when I say something, nobody listens. As if whatever I say is really unimportant.

I had a home brew coffee tonight. So tasty.

Now I am eating a dragon fruit.

Dragon fruit is not that appetizing. It's just cheap and filling. And it is not sweet, so it's not bad for your body.

I was looking at jobs on the newspaper today, every jobs require many different qualifications, e.g. if you want to be a teacher, you need a teacher certificate. If you want to work in the government department, you need to pass a shit load of language proficiency tests.

I don't understand how can someone has so many different qualifications.

Maybe continual education is the key to successful. That's tough and not fun :-(

I also watched a soap on TV. It's called 十兄弟.

Tonight is the first episode. It's kinda interesting.

十兄弟 is an old Chinese story which stated that a woman got pregnant without having sexual intercourse and ended up giving birth to 10 babies and each one has an unique characteristic. Like one can fly, one has good ears and can hear anything... ...blah blah blah...etc
(reminds me of Mary?)

hehe......a good stories lasts forever and no matter how many times you hear it, it's still ok.

(remind me of hans anderson?)

I also read on the newspaper that only 49% of Hong Kong people think that sex before marriage is acceptable. That's pretty low isn't it. I didn't know Hong Kong is a conservative city.

Hey Jennifer, I checked out your video when I was looking for video to watch. You did a good job. I think I might want to do something like this. Are you currently located in HK? Have you visited www.myspace.com?

I was watching the 10 Brothers too every now and then. Lam Man Lung and Kwok Ho Ying are my favorite. I have heard of the survey in HK about the sex before marriage too, but the result should be understated since HK people especially the new gen are very open about sex.
