Discovery Bay

Just come home from Discovery Bay.

Really tired.

Nice view over there.

They make it looks like a resort.

Maybe because the weather is nice today, so the beach looks better than last time I saw it

Where's Discovery Bay...?

Also, just f.y.i., you made a few grammatical errors. I wrote in the correct way of saying what you wanted to say. "Just got home from Discovery Bay", "They make it look like a resort.", "Maybe it's because the weather is nice today, so the beach looks better than the last time I saw it."

Discovery Bay is in HK :-)

ryan, "they made it look like a resort." Right? it's made, not make.

Jen,
I don't know where's Discovery Bay either. What's it call in Chinese?
You could have video some clip about this Bay and posted at your blog. That would be nice. ^_^

Hey guys,

We're commenting Jen's Blog like a Message Forum.. haha..

This Message/posting is like a Grammer class to me. haha.. we're correcting people's grammer. (Or is this the day we do the "grammer class"??)

F.Y.I. for where's Discovery Bay, you guys can use www.centamap.com to look for the location. It's located right across from Disneyland HK(or at the same bay). so, go browse people~~!

To anonymous:

It could be either one but if you use "made", then you need to make the assumption that their intention was to make Discovery Bay look like a resort. But Jennifer said that it appears to be better than the last time she went so I assumed that when they completed Discovery Bay, that it wasn't supposed to look like a resort.

ryan,
I know what you mean, and that's one way to look at it.
My perspective, on the other hand, is that the Bay is done-deal thing, so I use made.

gary,
thanks for the site.

You guys are taking this a little bit too serious~~!!!

Go take a "Blue Pill" or a "Red Pill" (either one) and go rest.. j/k.."Quote from [The Matrix]"

Let's take the benefit of doubt that Jennifer was "TIRED".. How about that?? Will that explain her grammer mistakes?? (Just a thought?~!)

To me it was never about finding who made the mistake. I just wish to get to the bottom of it and learn a-thing-or-two from this.
English has been a big part of my life and I wish to learn more about it even I am no longer in school. ^_^

To Jennifer:

I hope you don't mind us turning your comments section into a forum ahhaha.

To Gary:

ermmm...you used that phrase in the wrong context.

Yes..how about we just assume that she was tired and was just javascript:void(0)
Publish Your Commentmindlessly speaking.

To Anonymous:

Your last sentence should be: "English has been a big part of my life and I wish to continue learning it even if I am no longer in school. ^_^"

That's all folks...

LOL Ryan~~!

Guess I should leave this Comment box..

And I do wish I could use that Java code to "fast forwarding" my life or something... haha.. (Or Void it somehow)

Too tired to type much here tonight.. will come back again later on.. =)

Discovery Bay = 愉景灣

I did take some videos in Discovery Bay but it may take a while before I transfer the videos to my computer :-p sorry cuz I'm a very inefficient person.

I really like this forum chatting format. It's fun, interesting and personal.

Thanks for making this blog better.
I reaaaaaaaaaalllllllllly appreciate it)

Jennifer,

There were a few grammatical errors with your last comment post.

It should be: "I recorded some videos in Discovery Bay but it may take a while before I transfer them to my computer :-p sorry cuz I'm a lazy (or perhaps another word if lazy is too harsh?) person." (you used the word "inefficient" in the wrong context here)

Also, if you don't want me correcting your English anymore I will stop from now on.

Gary,

I don't know what happened there...my post was supposed to be: "Yes..how about we just assume that she was tired and was just mindlessly speaking." =\

LOL..

(I still can't believe this COmment section has turned into a Chatting Forum.)

Anyways, I think what Jennifer wrote in her last comment was correct?

"I did take some videos in Discovery Bay but it may take ME a while before I transfer (Or upload) the videos to my computer :-p Sorry(tsk tsk tsk.. that's not an excuse) because I'm a very inefficient person (Or Lazy as Ryan would put it)."

(Now I'm turning into Ryan. *Just teasing*)

To Ryan,

I believe the Javascript is good too. I can just read on and do the "what if" and "If" (Java Languages).

Have a great weekend people.

To Jennifer,

Stop being Grumpy. Saw your Grumpy vid and I think you're more annoyed than just Grumpy. (Just my opinion)
