traumatized from the car wreck

I think I'm kinda traumatized from the car wreck.

Everytime I think about it, I feel that I'm so lucky that I survived

I guess it's one of those things that you won't understand how it feels unless you've experienced it.

I feel that the scene of the accident comes up in my mind every now and then...even though I don't try to recall it...

for the past 2 nights, I closed my eyes to go to sleep...the whole thing just came up in my mind...and it made me scared.
