So what have I been up to?

Lots of updates.

Meow Meow is gone.

Lord, I want her back. Please help. I think she likes me. Please help. If you help her find her way home or if you help me find her, both will be happy because we like each other.

So I just looked at craigslist, someone posted "Lost cat Nixa", I thought someone found my cat, but it turned out someone who lives in Nixa also lost her cat.

Doh...disappointed.

I asked one of my friend, what are the chances that my cat may belongs to someone in my town (meaning: she has a microchip which indicates she's from my town), and then they bring her back here, and then she runs away again and go back to my apt.

My friend asked me "How much have you drunk tonight?" hehe...he's a funny one.

I also asked him "what are the chances that she'll manage to walk 50 miles and come back home?"

he asked "none. unless she takes a bus"

So, the humane society suggested I come back to check every 4 days because the captured animals will be euthanized if nobody claims them in 5 days.

So I'll keep making trips to the shelter to find my cat.

Often times, you take things for granted, but once it's gone, you wished you still have it.

Meow meow, you are a sweet cat. You know me and I know you.

Wow, I just feel like I have so much to ramble about tonight.

So about my cat(s).

My brother bought 2 cats from the shelter when I was 13. He bought it with his gf because they sort of wanted to have kids but they were still in college so they bought 2 cats to pretend they were their kids.

The cats stayed in the house for 4 years. When I was 17, I went to study abroad, so my mom and my brother looked after the cat. When I came back home in the summer, they told me the cats are gone. They ran away.

They've never left home when I was there, after I left, they ran away. (even though there were familiar ppl to look after them)

About my recent cat:

In Sep, I drove home from getting a sandwich in Subway, when I parked my car, I saw a cat hiding under my neighbor's car. I know it's not my neighbor's cat. They don't like cats, they have a dog.

So I approached the cat, she ran and hided under my car (FIY: my car and my neighbor's car is only 3 feet apart :-p)

so...I stayed next to my car, and said "meow meow, it's ok, meow meow, come out"

after 15 mins, she came out, and she started rubbing her head on my hand.

I picked her up and took her to my apartment.

At first, she struggled (just a little bit, she didn't struggled hard at all, at least you could tell she didn't totally want to escape)

I put her in my bathroom, I closed the door, and I went to get some cat food.

I came back with a can of Frisker's - Ocean seafood.

She was so hungry. After she's done, she looked at the trash can to see if there's more.

When I first got her, I noticed she coughed and sneezed a little bit.

After 5 days, I came home from school, I saw snogged covering her face, and she refused to eat and drink, and she barely moved.

I took her to the vet, the vet said she has pneumonia (+ high fever) and she only has 10% to survive.

The vet gave her a water shot so she doesn't dehydrate and gave me some antibiotics.

She didn't like to take medicine. Everytime when I fed her medicine, it's like a battle.

So I waited for her to fall asleep and drip the antibiotics solutions drop by drop. (now when I looked back, those are sweet moments)

After several days, she got better, but she had a relapse.

I took her back to the vet again, and the vet gave her another prescription of antibiotics.

This time, she moved, ate and drank, but she sneezed a lot. Her snogs were everywhere in my apartment.

After the 2nd antibiotics treatment, she finally recovered.

She still cough and sneezed every now and then, but you can tell she's almost like a normal cat now. (her sneezes / coughs will probably stay with her forever due to her leukemia)

Sorry guys, I stopped here last night cuz I was so tired so I lost my train of thoughts.

Although I don't remember what else I wanted to write, Meow Meow, I just wanna tell you I love you. We shared so many precious / sweet memories together.

Guys, I think I'm gonna stop here, it's so much easier and faster to make video diaries, I think I'll go make one before school starts
